If you have any questions please contact Todd McMickle - tmcmickle@northparklandsoccer.com

North Parkland is a comprehensive soccer organization. Our mission is to support youth recreational soccer and leadership through sport.  We offer Rec teams ages Kinder -18/19, travel teams and an adult league.

Recreational soccer is the backbone of Youth Soccer. Virtually all players start at the recreational level. This is the place where parents begin their soccer education as "soccer mom" or "soccer dad",  where parents often become volunteer coaches, referees, administrators, board members, and were players receive their first form of soccer education.

The Recreational level of play is an ideal and vibrant entry point for the player who wants to be introduced to the game, play with friends, and participate on a team. Recreational soccer is open to all players and is primarily devoted to the development of soccer players. No tryouts are required to join a team.

The different recreational programs we feature include:

  • Summer Soccer Camp, Grades pre K through u12
  • Winter indoor Soccer
  • Fall and Spring Soccer Programs
  • Adult league play

Soccer Commissioner - Todd McMickle - tmcmickle@northparklandsoccer.com

Todd's love for the game of soccer started at a young age of seven.  During his youth soccer years, he played for his local township in New Jersey where he led his team to 3 area championships.  During his teenage years, he played for a number of clubs and played his freshman year of college for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.  Unfortunately, an injury cut short his collegiate career but that could not diminish his passion for the sport.

Over the past 6 years, Todd has served as a coach for SPYA's travel and Kinder programs.  Todd is a licensed USSF coach and he is very passionate about coaching today’s soccer youth.  He firmly believes that all kids regardless of age or skill level should have an opportunity and a place to play.  As a coach, Todd wants to help every player reach their full potential and to instill a lifelong love for soccer.
